very comfortable shoeI wear orthotics but if I did not, I could wear any of the Aravon sandals all day long, I think. Although the soles of the sandals are removable and will accomodate my orthotics, I do NOT wear them in the Aravons beause of the way they are made. They are extremely comfortable for me for a few hours, but after that amount of time, the pads of my feet begin to be extremely painful, beause of my foot problems. These are actually the ONLY dress shoes I can wear w/o my orthotics (for even just a few hours) and I hope they never ever quit making them as they are now. Without these, I would have to wear my orthotics in my tennis shoes to church and other dress occasions! But because of these shoes, I am able to feel a little more dressed up than usual, and they look really, really good too! I LOVE them and have been dependent on them for my dress shoes for over 10 years now. Aravon changes up the style of the shoes but never changes the wonderful fit and comfort features. I have many pairs of them in different colors. Love, love, and I love them all !!!I bought a size 6 EE and it was like it was made for my feet. Very happy, very comfortable. I especially like that the liner is black so they will not get dirty looking like the beige ones do. I wish they would make more dressy looking shoes that fit like this.Read the reviews. they seems to be right on! These are just as comfortable as the Aravon Katy. I've tried other styles and the Katy is the most comfortable. These are just the same. The insole is soft, like suede, and my foot does not stick to them.Someone stated that the metal ring at the toe was uncomfortable. I can feel this but (so far) these have not posed an issue.Also someone stated that the textured leather made the white look more gray. This is true- these are not a 'bright' white BUT there isn't much selection when it comes to white Aravon shoes.I am very pleased with this style- i have multiple pairs of Katy in all the colors so I am happy to find another style that is extremely comfortable and good looking.If you haven't tried the Aravon Katy yet you must give it a try as well.True to size wide width fits perfectI already had a pair of these shoes but love them so much that I wanted a new pair .They arrived sooner than expected and the price was very, very good. These shoes are perfect. Wore them all day right out of box with no discomfort. They hold my feet very stable so I can run the stairs and even jog down the halls if I need to.
