Clarks Women's Arista Abe Dress Pump - Comfortable & Stylish Heels for Work, Office, and Formal Occasions

These are SO comfortable but they run a bit small. I wear a 9.5 usually and purchased these in a different color in 10 elsewhere after trying them on in a store. I totally forgot about that, so when I ordered these in 9.5, they pinch/rub and I wish I had remembered that they run small. (Had only brought one black pair of heels on my business trip so had to wear them anyway and can't return them now!) :)I am so impressed with Amazon's service. I ordered this pump in the wrong size. I sent in a plea to send me the right size as soon as possible, as I needed them for an upcoming conference. I always thought Amazon didn't process a return until they got the returned item. All I can say is that it arrived today. It definitely pays to have a Prime membership.I have another pair of these shoes (ordered through Amazon) in navy blue. Clarks are extremely comfortable pumps. I am 5'10" and don't really need the extra height, but there are times I want to wear a nice pump. Color is as depicted, and will go with all of my spring colors.Nice shoes but it was too large.. I usually wear 4.5 but having read postings that this may run small, made purchase and hopedthat a 5 would fit but it didn't. The back heel would come off my feet with every step. I was able to fit an entire finger to back of the heel area. Too bad Clarks doesn't make a 4.5.Great shoe for a great price. Classic, professional, well-made, and comfortable. The one problem I had was that there was a small gap behind my heel, but this was easily fixed by buying gel heel pads (which make it even more comfortable!).I originally ordered these in a 10 (my normal size), since I was looking for a high quality, comfortable pair of pumps to wear to work. The 10 was way too large, to the point where while standing in it, I could fit my entire thumb between my heel and the back of the shoe with room to spare. I re-ordered the 9.5, thinking they just ran a little large. Tried on the 9.5, and they were so tight that standing for a few seconds was painful. I think the shoe is well-made and attractive, and maybe the sizing will work out better for others, but it clearly isn't for me. Very disappointed.Good quality. Shoes a little uncomfortable at the end of the day; I work in a medical clinic, so I’m at my desk most of the day.These were so comfortable but they were too big. I even ordered a half size down as recommended. I recommend ordering a whole size down from what you normally wear.I'm usually a size 8 so that is what I ordered. They are still a bit snug after wearing a few times. I can still wear them but I think a half size up would have been more comfortable. I don't normally wear heels but I can tolerate these all day long. They are a quality shoe that I have no doubt will last for a long time!So comfortable and classy. I bought a similar style pumps from Clark’s and I preferred this pair over the other one. If you need a good pair of work shoes that you can still walk at the end of the day, this is what you will need!When I first received them I loved them for work, but after only wearing them around the office for few months and only a couple a times a week, they are falling apart. I got them delivered to work and they have never been outside but the color is completely peeling off. I take good care of my shoes so I am very disappointed with these.These shoes are pretty but it's wrongly advertised stating that there is a rubber sole. There's absolutely no rubber sole. Not the usual quality that Clarks normally delivers . Unfortunately it's quite painful to wear so I will be returning themI love these shoes and have actually purchased 2 pairs for myself and a pair for each of my daughters. The most comfortable pumps I've ever owned!!!a bit narrow and there is a bulge inside that hurts
